Change to the US 10 circular and work continuously in twisted stocking stitch. For the stripe pattern, work the base and 2 rounds with color A, (10 rounds with color B, 2 with A), repeat 4 times (inclusive) ending with the 2 color A rounds. With the crochet hook and still working with color A, bind off all stitches and then work two rounds of single crochet.

There is one loop on the crochet hook, pick up two loops from the bag's crochet edge and, with the US 9 knitting needle, work I-cord for 20 inches (about 100 rows). Attach the I-cord to the three loops after the marker on stitch #29. Pick up the three loops right after stitch #53, work I-cord for 20 inches and attach to the three loops after #66. Attach button at stitch #23. Pick up a loop at stitch #59 and make a 16 stitch chain. Draw the loop though stitch #61 (attaching the chain) and slip stitch your way back to the beginning of the chain. Cut the cord, weave in all ends.
